Ihsan Dogramaci Founder
I founded the Law Office of Ihsan Dogramaci in 2013 because I believed that businesses and investors facing a stubborn antagonist would benefit from having their case presented by a lawyer focused on achieving a favorable and final resolution in court. I am proud of the firm’s successes and gratified by every opportunity to demonstrate that a wise client chooses a lawyer who can present a complex case in the simple way that courts want.
I have handled securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, and cross-border commercial litigation and have represented major Wall Street investment banks, investment funds, international manufacturer/retailers, and individuals. I am experienced in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings.
Previously I practiced in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Before receiving my J.D. from Columbia Law School, I received a Ph.D. at Columbia University, where I taught undergraduate philosophy courses and the core curriculum. After law school, I served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Legrome D. Davis, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and clerked at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
I have been selected as a Future Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation and have been repeatedly honored as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
