Stefan is of counsel to the firm. He has over a decade of experience trying cases in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at White & Case LLP, at a litigation boutique in New York City focused exclusively on complex commercial disputes, and as first-chair in jury trials in which he represented the City of New York. He recently was part of a team that won a multi-million dollar arbitration on behalf of a minority shareholder whose shares were improperly bought out at a price far below their actual value.
